Return & Refund Policy – NorVyxa™

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item remains unused and in its original condition

• All original packaging, manuals, and included accessories are still intact

• A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is available

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

⚠️ Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your items immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package and include clear photos of:

• The packaging materials

• The shipping label

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items may not qualify for returns, including:

• Products that have already been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

• Customized, personalized, or special-order products

• Consumable items, replacement parts, or products that cannot be resold for safety or operational reasons

• Gift cards

• Final sale, clearance, or liquidation products

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

6. International Orders – EU Customers

Customers located in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days after delivery, regardless of the reason, provided that:

• The product has not been used

• The original packaging is preserved

• Proof of purchase is provided

This right is provided in addition to our standard 30-day return policy for unused items.


7. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and complete an inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.

If your refund is approved:

• The amount will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• NorVyxa™ will cover shipping costs only when the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Return shipping charges may be deducted from approved refunds when applicable.

The correct return address and detailed return instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
